Emotionally Healthy Women of Faith - Part 2
Saturday, April 18 | 9:30am–12:00pm (Eastern Time)
The Table Collective: 412 4th Street, Covington, IN 47932
Tickets: $68 per person (Limit to 15 women)
This is an invitation to go deeper.
In this follow-up gathering, we move beyond the foundations of Part 1 and dive further into the richness of MBTI personality types, exploring cognitive functions, stress reactions and responses, communication patterns, and the deeper layers of how God uniquely designed each of us.
Together, we’ll examine how our greatest strengths are often connected to our greatest struggles. We’ll explore what it truly means to honor God by living from the way He created us, learning to rely on Him while embracing our personality with humility, wisdom, and grace.
During this workshop, you will:
Gain a deeper understanding of your cognitive functions and how they shape your thoughts and decisions
Identify your stress responses and how to navigate them in healthy, faith-centered ways
Strengthen communication and relational awareness
Discover the greatest strength God has given you
Clarify your “next step” in using that strength to serve Him, care for others, and care for yourself
Whether you attended Part 1 or are joining us for the first time, you are warmly welcome. This workshop stands on its own while building beautifully on what we’ve already begun.
Come ready for meaningful conversation, personal insight, and practical next steps toward living as an emotionally healthy woman grounded in faith.
Facilitators:
Chel Garrison - Certified Life, Leadership, and EIQ Coach/ Pastor’s Wife/ owner of ChelShocked Coaching Programs
Jessica Nemecz - Licensed Mental Health Therapist/ Certified MBTI Facilitator/ owner of Two Roads Wellness Clinic/ Remedy Management Group/ and Sun & Soul Retreats
